Texas Wide Flagging Traffic Control, LLC. is a Houston based company. We pride ourselves on providing the Houston Metropolitain area and it’s 9 other bordering counties of Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Galveston, Fort Bend, Liberty, Montgomery and Waller counties.

“Texas Transportation Code requires any escort flagger, as defined above, to complete a training program in traffic direction approved by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE). This is the result of the passage of House Bill 2620, which took effect September 1, 2019.”

As the Work Zone Safety requirements has continued to rise Texas Wide Flagging Traffic Control, LLC has risen to the occasion. We have made it our priority and mission to ensure that all parties aboard (Supervisors, Directors, Employees and Trainees) meet that standard. With the implementation of our Qualified Flaggers, Traffic Control and soon start to OSHA training classes Texas Wide has not only taken the proper measurements for our staff c members certification but we’ve taken the liberty to ensure others in the field will be properly trained and certified as well.

With each and every training session completed each of our graduating recruits are properly trained and equipped for the day to day journeys of the field.

Meeting the Demand

According to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) flaggers must be courteous and able to effectively communicate with the public. When directing traffic, flaggers must dress appropriately, wear high-visibility safety apparel, use flags, signs, stop-slow paddles, and other hand-signaling devices, and follow the flagging procedures in the TMUTCD
